Delete your account

1. DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP

In the Index app, open Account, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.

Withdraw your funds and close any open positions or orders first. Deleting your account removes your login to the wallets Index created for you, so the app will not let you delete while either wallet holds $1 or more, or while a position or order is open.

2. WHAT IS DELETED

• Your profile, email and linked logins (Google, X, Discord)
• Your Telegram link and alerts
• Your Index trade history
• Your AI analyst chats
• Your preferences and settings

3. WHAT IS KEPT

• On-chain transactions, which are public and cannot be deleted
• Records we must keep by law, for the period stated in our Privacy Policy

4. HOW LONG IT TAKES

We delete your account within 30 days of your request. To cancel a request, email us before then at info@fractionai.xyz.

5. REQUEST DELETION

Log in to verify your identity, or review your balances if you are already signed in. You can only delete your account once all funds have been withdrawn and all positions and orders are closed.
